Base of Sweden also reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We will endeavor to contact you and inform you if this has occurred.

Pricing is subject to change without notice, including flash sales and promotions. Discount codes are valid on full price items, unless otherwise stated. All discount codes are valid for a specific period and therefore orders made before or after the advertised promotion will not be reimbursed.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Yes. The order can be cancelled at any time and if there is a payment received online, you shall then receive a full refund through the same mode of payment. If the payment has been done through Cash on Delivery (COD), then the customer would get it as store credit which would be valid for 1 year. Once the order is delivered, the order can then not be cancelled. To cancel any order, please email us with your name, mobile number and order number to support@baseofsweden.ae
